- We only accept payments in GB Pounds, no other currency will be accepted.
- Items will only be sent once funds have cleared. Please bear this in mind and ensure that you require a purchase urgently you use an instant method of payment.
- Paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected completed date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
- We DO NOT accept payment by: Money or Postal Orders / Personal Cheques / Cash payment
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment being verified (Excludes Weekends, Public Holidays and Christmas Shutdown 20th December to 1st January 2014).
- We only ship to the shipping address on Paypal when using Paypal as your payment method. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
- Postage times are dependent on postage services available for that item. Please see our postage and packing information on Ebay for further information and options available.
- We post to United Kingdom only and do not post to PO Box addresses. Please note there is an additional cost involved in posting many items to the following locations: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for a shipping quotation if you require delivery to these areas. Any orders for these locations without an agreed shipping cost may be subject to a refund.
- Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
- If you need to return an item it is important you follow our returns procedure to ensure it is handled promptly and correctly.
- If you're trying to return an item: Please go to your purchase history in Ebay and select 'more actions', 'return this item'.
- We will provide an RMA number and the address to send your return to.
- Non-faulty goods must be returned unused in original packaging.
- Please ensure you insure your return and have proof of posting. We can take no responsibility for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
- Returns will be processed within five working days of receipt of the returned item.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
- When possible a replacement will be offered for any faulty goods returned.
