We back all of our products and want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. Our retail store has gained a reputation of being a "friend" or "family member" in the computer business. Which is why all of our computer sales, unless noted otherwise, carry a 90 Day Hardware Warranty. This is identical to the normal factory warranties you get with a new machine, just for a 90 day period. We cover all parts (except batteries as they are perishable) and labor for any hardware issue you may have with our machines. However, often misconstrued, we DO NOT cover software (e.g. Viruses, Failed Updates, Programs not working) Again, this is the same as a factory warranty, no manufacturer covers software. 

All sales carry a 14 day return policy, money back only, buyer pays return shipping. We accept returns on "For Parts/Not Working" items, however, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. If you purchased a laptop, desktop or tablet computer the machine must be returned with no changes for a full refund (e.g. no programs, files, pictures, videos, viruses) otherwise a 15% restocking fee is applied. Furthermore, any Laptops/Computers returned due to "Buyers Remorse" (e.g. Decided to get something different, just simply don't want the item anymore, spent more than customer wanted to) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
