We ship every business day: Monday – Friday; No weekends or holidays. Orders ship within 2 business days from the purchase date unless it is a post office holiday. Then it will ship the next business day.

We offer combined shipping discounts! Please contact us for a quote when purchasing multiple items! Any country’s customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility and are not part of the cost paid for shipping.

Returns/Exchanges Information:  

 

Return Policy:

We are very confident that our item will meet and surpass your expectations, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. The item must be new, unworn, with the tags attached and shoe box if applicable.

 

 **We cannot accept a returned item that cannot be resold as new.  For items that are shipped under our free shipping program, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  

 

All returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee upon return to us.

 

We suggest that you insure all returns before shipping.

 

Please make sure that all returns and exchanges meet these simple requirements:

 

1) Please contact us for return/exchange requests.

2) The buyer is responsible for all RETURN and/or EXCHANGE shipping costs to and from us, this includes items being reshipped for exchanges, buyer will need to paypal additional funds to reship item(s) requested.

3) All items must be unused with tags attached/boxes intact to be eligible for a return to us. ALL product boxes, including shoe boxes must be free from shipping tape or writing directly on it. Please wrap or package the item in another box or bag.

4) A tracking number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please keep both of us safe by sending a tracking number.

5) After 30 days the item may not be returned for a refund but for an exchange only. The same requirements above still apply including having tags attached and being in new condition.

6) Please allow up to 7 - 10 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. We value each customer and will process returns in the order that we receive them!

 

Within the US:  Shipping with USPS or UPS, insured with tracking.  USPS will be primarily used unless otherwise stated. We ship to only a confirmed ebay and/or paypal address only!

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Shipping with USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL (Express may cost extra). Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom’s office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

On rare occasions customs holds a product in their care or shipping takes longer than usual. In these cases please keep in touch with us and allow 30-45 days for the product to reach you. The package will be valued and insured for the price paid.

 

PRODUCT DETAILS: All of our items are brand new with original packaging and tags. Please use the style number on the auction to verify the color. Colors shown may vary slightly because of camera set up and your own computer resolution. We have included the color name and the style number on the auction for your look up purposes.
