Shipping:
- Dispatch time: Items are dispatched within 1 working day with a rare exceptions which might take up to 2 working days.

- Shipping delivery time below: Usually parcels arrives faster than the periods given. However, there are some rare exceptions when parcels are late. (This phenomena is more common in winter time).

Returns:
- We do accept returns within 14 days after item was received. The item must come back in the same condition. If the item is being returned not because of some seller's fault, shipping back expenses are covered by the buyer.
