We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders. We ship the next business day after your payment clears, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and any Federal Holidays when there is no postal service. November thru Christmas we ship on Saturdays as well.

International Shipping: We offer combined shipping for international orders for all items that are purchased in the same transaction. Please use the shopping cart feature so that you can pay for all items at one time. You will be charged the full shipping price for the heaviest item in your cart, then each item after that will receive a 60% discount.

We offer Returns for 60 days after your purchase. You can start the return process within your eBay account summary page. For items returned for fit or you just did not like, we will refund your original purchase price minus a 15% Restocking Fee. Items must be returned unused/unworn and for new merchandise all tags must be attached.

We guarantee the items we offer are authentic and in the condition we describe. Our inventory has usually spent some time on a retail floor, maybe more, and has been shipped a few times. This means there can be some hanger marks, wrinkles or minor soiling, that said, any real issues should be noted in the description. Expect to see some or all original tags on items that we list as New With Tags. New Without Tags items are items that we purchased directly from a retailer or liquidator.

Any of the above may show some signs of being handled or tried on. 

Our Pre-Owned inventory is cleaned and carefully inspected. We are very critical and will tend to grade an item conservatively so that you can have confidence that besides saving a bunch of money, you are getting something with a lot of 'life' left in it.

As an online discount retailer Frugal Bob’s is a small business that focuses on helping other companies liquidate their manufacturing overruns, shelf pulls and customer returns. While our primary focus is on brand new designer clothing, shoes and accessories, we also sell select pre-owned inventory as well.

Typical of many online sellers we started as a home based business and due to our growth we are now in a commercial warehouse. The move has allowed us to expand the amount of inventory we can handle...and the house looks more like a home than a shipping terminal!

FAQs

Are you sure what I am buying is authentic?

We guarantee everything we sell to be authentic. Our sources for new product are direct liquidators for major retailers such as Macy's and manufacturer direct stock overruns.

Will you combine shipping?

Yes, items without 'Free Shipping' will be combined and shipping discounted within the shopping cart. You will be charged full shipping for the heaviest item, then the shipping for each additional item will be discounted by 60% for domestic shipping and 50% for international.

Do I have to pay a restocking fee?

Only if an item is returned not in the condition it was sent and/or in the case of new items the tags have been removed.

What are the measurements?

We take measurements for almost everything we list and you will find those in the Item Description. On a mobile device you will need to click on the link for Item Description to see this information.
We are old school so our Waist, Hips, Chest, Thigh, Knee and Cuff Measurements, as listed, are double what the flat across measurement would be.
If you need additional measurements, it is fine to ask, but please realize that our inventory is 10 miles away at our warehouse so evening and weekend requests will need to wait until the next business day.

It is listed as 'New With Tags', is it really?

Our New With Tags listings are really new and will have one or more manufacurers tags still attached. These may be overstock, out of season or customer returns and you should expect items to have at least been tried on. Nothing different than going to your local clothing store and trying something on and putting it back on the rack.

What condition can I expect for Pre-Owned items?

Our pre-owned inventory is carefully screened and any defects are noted and included in the Item Description. We use the grading scale below and include that in the item title:
Excellent: Reserved for new or near new condition with zero defects noted. These items could be brand new, just do not have tags attached and were purchased by us outside of a normal retail/wholesale location.
Very Good: These items will show some use, but very minimal wear and NO stains, rips or tears unless intended as part of the manufacturers distressing.
Good: This is where the bulk of our items will fall. You will find some light use and wear visible, with any defects noted. These are great items for saving some money and having a lot of life left in them.
Fair: We list very little in this condition as it means there is a defect that cannot be corrected or is more than obvious while wearing the item. An example of this would be a pair of the North Face hiking pants in Very Good condition, except for the oil stains from a campfire breakfast. I wouldn't pay top dollar for them, but for a backup pair while camping...why not save some money! Again, all defects will be noted in the Item Description.

Can I ask for a discount?

You can always ask, but typically we are not inclined to discount our items.

There is something wrong with what I ordered, what do I do now?

We have thousands of items listed and at times we do miss something. If we catch it before we ship, we will let you know, but sometimes it just gets past us. If you do find an issue once you receive your order, please take a minute to let us know before filing a case or leaving feedback. If we mess up, we deserve what we get, but we should also have the opportunity to correct the problem. We feel that is part of customer service whether online or in a store.

How often do you ship?

We ship Monday-Friday, and November thru Christmas we ship on Saturdays as well. Due to route scheduling, our mail pick-up is between 10AM - Noon so any orders after 8AM our time (PST) may or may not make that day's pick-up. We do the best we can.

Will you be getting more of these?

Due to the nature of our sourcing, we typically do not have the ability to re-order specific inventory items.

Can I upgrade shipping?

We ship via USPS and while we could bump your order up to something like Nex Day, we find that 2-3 days for most packages is hard for us to improve upon from our location. You can always ask and we can give you a quote.

What is the best way to contact you?

We need all communication to go through the eBay Messaging system, and we respond as quickly as possible. Questions asked over the weekend may have a slightly longer delay before we respond. If you try to email us outside of eBay, chances are the message will be caught up in our bulk delete process for that account.
