BARBIE HAPPY FAMILY
This wonderful set is part of Mattel's Happy Family Barbie doll play line, which was produced beginning in 2002. The dolls in this line were beautifully made with lovely face sculpts and adorable fashions, not to mention being given lots and lots of fun accessories crafted with amazing attention to detail that spared no effort by the folks at Mattel. I wish they would revive this line, but for now, we must make do with what has been preserved from that time, and that is what I am offering for sale today.
These items come from one large lot and several smaller lots from various collectors, adult and child. :) They have been used, and show some wear, but are in very good conditon overall. Please read this description in its entirety for any missing, damaged, or worn out items, and look closely at the photos, and then feel free to send me a message with any other questions you may have.

VHTF New Neighbor FAMILY Playset
I am very excited to put together this adorable and almost impossible to find (especially altogether) little family!
They are the new neighbors of Alan & Midge, and they have two super cute little girls that have to be the most precious baby and Kelly dolls Mattel has ever produced.
Mom & Baby came in a boxed playset together with the toys and kitty, and are easier to find than the Dad & Little Girl, who were never produced as a similar set, and only sold together with Mom & Baby in a Smart House bundle.
I would love to keep this little family, as this is the only "Holy Grail" Kelly I have ever come across (so named because she is so rare and hard to find), but I spent quite a bit of money to put this set together, and my husband won't be too pleased with me if I don't at least TRY to sell it. So now you have a chance at this rare and wonderful find!
To my knowledge, this playset is complete except for the following MISSING items:
* Kitty's box of food is a replacement and not the same one that is original to the set.
*Dad's shirt is borrowed from Happy Family Grandpa and is not his original green shirt. I may have a better replacement on the way, and if so, I will update this listing to include it. His shoes are also replacements, but are a very similar style to the originals as far as I could tell from photos. I believe his pants are original, but they have a small tear at one knee, see photos.
* Someone had undone Kelly's adorable little hairstyle, so I did my best to replicate it (and actually did not too bad of a job!). I have her hair loosely banded to train it into place because all the little ponytails wanted to stick up! I am not sure whether her shoes are original or replacements, they seem to be the exact right color as far as I can tell from photos.
* There is also a printed cardboard playmat that is original to the set that I forgot to include in the photos. It has been bent and creased but is still in somewhat useable condition for play, and will be included with this set.
The INCLUDED ITEMS & their CONDITION is as follows:
Mom-- * Her hair shows a little wear, but looks great overall, and still has a little section on each side secured with thread.
* Her top shows a little wear but still looks plenty cute.
* Her elbows are a bit loose, but still mostly hold position.
*She has the typical stress mark on her thumb.
Dad-- * His elbows are a bit loose, but still seem to hold position well.
* As noted above, his shirt is borrowed from Happy Family Grandpa and is not his original green shirt. I may have a better replacement on the way, and if so, I will update this listing to include it. Kelly Daughter-- * She and her clothes are in very good condition.

Baby Girl-- * She and her clothes are in very good condition, and her legs are both intact and not pulled out at the joints as often happens with these little dolls.
Bouncer Saucer Toy-- * Shows a little wear but in very good condition overall and appears to be complete.
Kitty & Accessories-- * In very good condition, kitty has a tiny speck or two of paint rubbed off in nose, but otherwise looks great; kitty's food is a replacement box that is not the exact same as the one original to the set.
Small Baby Toys-- * In very good condition overall and very cute! There is also a printed cardboard playmat that is original to the set that I forgot to include in the photos as noted above. It has been bent and creased but is still in somewhat useable condition for play, and will be included with this set.
*** Overall, this is an adorable set that has lots of play left in it, and is even suitable for display if you can look past the small flaws.

Shipping
If you purchase and pay for an item before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a weekday (and usually on Saturdays too), I will ship your item the same day. If it is after that time, I will ship it the next day. I usually use USPS First Class Mail for quick delivery for items weighing 1 pound and under, and USPS Priority Mail for items weighing over 1 pound.
Please note that I do not ship on Sundays and holidays when there is no postal delivery.
Combined Payment & Shipping
If you wish to purchase more than one item from me, you can pay for them together and save on shipping cost. Your shipping discount should automatically apply as you add items to your cart. If it does not, click on “Request Total from Seller” (you will need to be on a desktop in order to do this, not a phone), and commit to buy the items. I will then be able to send you an invoice with the discounted shipping cost for you to pay from.

Please feel free to browse my store! If you are looking for something specific, enter your information in the search box, and see if I have what you’re looking for! You can also look through my custom categories, but please be aware that I can only list items under two categories. So a doll may have a Steffie face, short hair, an ethnic skin tone, and a twist and turn body, but I have to pick what I consider the top two categories to list her under. However, I do try to include all important attributes in the listing title so that all applicable items will come up when you search for specific qualities.
Smoke Free
These items come from a smoke free home and a pet free area, however, many of them have been bought in lots and prior conditions are unknown. I do my best to clean the items before I sell them, and I do not sell any items with noticeable odors without making note of it in the listing.
Sold As Is
I am not a professional, just someone trying to expand my own Barbie collection and selling off extra items to continue to fund my purchases! However, I do my best to accurately describe and thoroughly photograph my items. It is my intention to point out any and all flaws that I can find in an item, so you will know what you're getting and be satisfied with your purchase.
But there may be cases in which I miss something, so please inspect the photographs and use the zoom feature. If you need any clarification on anything, just send me a message and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
Also please excuse any excess doll hair and glitter in photographs and perhaps included in your packages! I try my best to keep on top of it, but that is like trying to keep on top of my tornado of a toddler…the mess never ends!

I strive for 100% buyer satisfaction and positive feedback, but if you aren't happy with a purchase, please contact me so that I can have a chance to make it right.
I do offer returns within a 30 day time period for money back, unless it happens to be an item that I have more than one of and you wish to make an exchange instead. If the item is defective in any way, then I will take responsibility for return shipping. If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, then return shipping is your responsibility.
Pricing & Offers
I try to price my items fairly, so I do not usually use the best offer feature. Once in a while I price something a little higher if I have mixed feelings about parting with it! But if you happen to be interested in a significant number of items and want to make an offer on the group of them, send me a message and we will see what we can do.
Payment
I only accept Paypal for quick, safe, and easy transactions. Setting up and purchasing from a Paypal account is free for you as the buyer.
Payment is expected soon after purchase, preferably within a few hours, or at least within a few days' time. If there will be a delay in payment, please send me a message to let me know. I don't mind waiting longer for payment as long as you give me a head's up so I know that you do intend to pay.
