Returns accepted within 14 days - Buyer pays for return shipping. Item(s) must be unused, in original condition and packaging. If your product is not delivered as advertised, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to resolve the issue (Please use eBay's e-mail system for future reference). There will be a 20% Restocking fee for returned products unless the item is defective or not as described. There will be no refunds for original shipping for returned products unless the item is defective or not as described. 

All returned items will go through a process of check/inspection including, but no limited to: serial numbers, matching codes, condition, etc. There will not be refunds if there is any damage, alteration, modification, misuse, etc. (Must be returned within the time frame specified)
