Up for bid is an antique Christening gown/dress.   It is homemade. It has many pleats on the boutice and at the hemline. It has very pretty floral eyelet lace.  This dress is in very nice condition for it's age.  Note: the little buttons are missing in the back,  there are two tiny pin holes in the back of the dress and the sleeve has a small tear.  There are a few small spots that I have not attempted to take out. I left that to someone who knows how to remove.  Overall this gown is in very nice vintage condition.  The most impressive features of the gown is the exquisite lace and the extra long length.

              I have been collecting vintage table linens, crotchet doilies,  handmade embroidered dish towels and pillow cases, vintage handkerchiefs for several decades.  I Also have many bins of I beautiful antique lace sewing trim.  l have many bins of antique Victorian baby & adult clothes. 

               

              When I purchase anything, I gently wash each item.  I do not try to get out any stains.  I leave that to the ones with more knowledge than I about removing stains.   I am proud to say the items I have ever purchased are in very good vintage condition.  

              Putting all these items will take a long time to put all these items on ebay,  so please have patient.
