Super-feminine tiered skirt by Swedish designer Ewa i Walla constructed from crisp and wrinkly black cotton voile outer layer, with medium-weight black cotton inner layer that is longer.  A-line and swingy, with asymmetric hem (longer in back); 5" elasticized waistband with back buttons; single pocket in back with buttoned closure.  Great for layering over longer skirts!  New with tags.
