• M-JAM accepts only PayPal and requires that the payment is received within 5 days of the purchase.

• If we find that a product was damaged at our warehouse or prior to shipping it out, we will refund 100% of the price within 3 business days.

• In most cases we provide FREE SHIPPING, this includes all supplies (Mailers, Tape etc..) International shipping is Calculated and will be determined by the location of the buyer.

• We ship most of our items using FASN 'N FREE, this means that the item will ship the day of purchase (if purchased before 2:00 EST) It should take 1-10 business days for the product to reach the buyer location. We usually use USPS First Class (2-3 days) but we do not recommend that you take that as a definite nor do we remind that you follow the FASN 'N FREE estimate. If you are an international customer then the time will vary based on your location.

• If 10 days has passed and the buyer has not received the product, we recommend that the buyer contacts MJAM using the following method. Go to: Contact Seller menu then choose I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message. We have found that this is the fastest way for us to help. If the buyer inadvertently opening a case, this gets eBay involved and can limit the type of help we can provide. Please do not leave any feedback until you contact us and give us the opportunity to make things right.

Return Policy

Part of our FAST 'N FREE police is that we offer a 30day return on all our items. Returns within 30 days after the product arrives at the buyer's location are eligible for our money back guarantee. Here is a breakdown of our return policy. 

If there is a problem with the item that is the fault of M-JAM (e.g wrong item or size) you will not be responsible for the return cost.

If for any other reason, such as the buyer has changed their mind then they may be responsible for partial or full return shipping fee.

Please follow these steps to obtain a refund request: Contact Seller menu then choose I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message.We will then provide you with prepaid pickup labels or Return of Merchandise Authorization code (RMA) along with the detailed instructions. Please do NOT use eBay has generated return labels as they do not contain the relevant return information. Usage of eBay is generated return label will neglect the return eligibility for the item. Please only use the return label provided by us to your PayPal email address.

We have warehouses and certified suppliers from all over the world. We do not ship to APO and PO Box addresses and there are no local pickups. We also do not offer combined shipping for items with shipping costs.
