SHIPPING, HANDLING, FEEDBACK

USA Contiguous States shipping only. Buyer pays shipping. International including Canada please ask for shipping quote BEFORE bidding! We ship our items one business day after receiving payment, in some instances the same day if you pay in the morning. We use USPS as a main carrier, First Class for light items under 13oz that will fit in a large envelope and Parcel Post for others. Priority shipping will be used at your request or select 2nd shipping option. We will inform you if there will be a delay from our house to the Post Office for any reason. Transit and Delivery will vary 3-5 days for First Class mail, 5-9 days for Parcel Post, 2-4 days for Priority Shipping depending on your location and weather. Handling fees include E-bay and PayPal fees, the new 9% E-bay fee on shipping, printing, packaging and trip to the Post Office.

Our home is a pet & smoke free home. All figure skating dresses are clean and in good condition. We clean all used clothes, polish the outside of the skating boots, spray disinfectant inside the boots. Most skating boots that we get do not have insoles. Please ask all questions before you place your bid and if you see a discrepancy in the listing, description or photos.

Being that we sell mostly used  items, normal policy is, "As Is" and "All Sales Final". If there is any damage or wear it is listed in the description and / or shown on the photographs.  Any returns are done on an individual basis, normally only if we made an error in listing. We strive and work very hard to accurately describe and photograph each item that we list. PLEASE note that the items are "2nd hand", even if they are "New with Tag", they do not come directly from the manufacturer. Some items come to us without a tag so we base the description on measurements. Returns are costly to us so pease read carefully the description of the items.
