Shipping Process
We use express courier services to get all our items out next day. If you purchase an item from us before 2pm we will get it to you the very next day.
Any orders placed over the weekends will be dispatched on Monday morning for delivery on Tuesday.

Returns Policy
We are unable to accept returns without a Returns Authorisation Number. Please follow the steps on the Returns page to obtain a RAN before sending us your item(s). We require these in order to be able to identify which returned item belongs to who and why they are being returned.
