Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.  

All returned items/goods must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging, with all packaging materials included. This includes instruction booklets, cables and packing inserts.  

Returned items should be double boxed to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. Please do not write on, place stickers, or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

If an item is returned due to a fault there could be a 20% processing fee which can be deducted from your refund. This deduction will only take place if the product is found to have no faults. If a fault is found, you will receive a full refund, (except shipping costs).

Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cannot offer any refunds or reimbursement for shipping expenses. If you refuse your delivery, the carrier will charge us for shipping both ways, these expenses will be paid on your behalf and will be deducted from your refund.
