UK and International Postage
All customers should provide an e-mail address and telephone number. Some of our couriers will text or email a pre-delivery nofication or allow you to re-arrange the delivery.
All parts are also available for collection from our site. Please inform us if you intent to collect a part so we can have your order ready.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday apart from public holdays or unless otherwise stated.
Orders before 2pm are usually despatced same day, orders after 2pm may still be despached but more likeley to go on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. N.B. All items should be checked before being signed for. Your signature verifies receipt in good, undamaged condition.
Warranty
Warranty varies on used items, please refer to listing details or contact us for more information. People have different opinions on condition when describing used parts. Always view the listing pictures carefully, and if you have any queries please contact us prior to bidding / buying. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help!
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
We offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days for a full refund. The buyer has to pay the return postage
