Cute and practical, this cover is made from 2oz waterproof PU nylon with elastication at the legs. The side seams are double stitched and the waistband contains a one inch band of elastic and a silver coloured chain which locks with the combination padlock provided.Ideal to wear either over a nappy or alone.
