Petego Sport Trike Stroller Collapsible Pet Stroller

I bought this item new in an open box. I took it out of the box to make sure it was complete and operated how it should.  I found it operates appropriately. The only thing I found was the hinge on the right side it folds at is a little stiffer, than the hinge on the left side. IT WORKS AS ITS SUPPOSED TO, BUT THE RIGHT SIDE HINGE IS NOT AS SMOOTH. IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICS I TOOK OF THE ITEM YOU WILL BE RECEIVING
