We are a family company based on the Isle of Wight and have served both Islanders and visitors since 1995.

We offer something for everyone, from the minimal backpacker to the family camper and caravanner.  We are always on the lookout for new products and we have to be happy with what we sell so we keep a close eye on the quality.

We are open all year and our normal hours are:

Monday - Saturday: 10.00am - 5.00pm

During July and August we are open:

Monday-Saturday:  9.30am - 5.00pm
Sunday:  10.00am - 1.00pm



We like to ensure that our customers have a good experience when ordering from us. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will endeavour to sort it out for you.
• TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An email will be sent  when your order has been despatched.  

We use  the Royal Mail 48 Hour delivery service for standard deliveries under 2.5kg, items heavier than this will be sent via Fedex.  

24 Hour delivery or Fedex can be selected at extra cost for items under 2.5kg.

Orders over a certain value will be  sent recorded delivery to the address on the order and must be signed for by an adult over 18 years on delivery.

If the first delivery is unsuccessful a card will be left and it is your responsibility to contact the carriers to arrange delivery/collection.
• RECEIVED DAMAGED, SHORT OR INCORRECT
Occasionally problems can occur when using a 3rd Party to deliver your order.  Please make sure we are notified of any problems when you receive the goods - our Next Day carriers give us a very limited time to notify them of any problems.

Damage in transit:  If goods arrive in a damaged condition make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment if it is apparent at the time.  It is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of any damage via email.

Shortages:  It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's consignment note.  Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and we must be notified within 24 hours from delivery via email.  It is advised that the order is checked thoroughly to ensure that you have received all the items on the delivery note.  Particular attention must be paid to check that all the relevant parts of a tent are received.

Incorrect Goods:  It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours from delivery via email.

Non-Deliveries:  Please notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date via email
