Our product location was both on the Australia warehouse and Taiwan. If your address was in domestic of Australia, we will send out the product from our Australia 3rd party logistic warehouse. If your address was outside of Australia, we will send out the product from Taiwan. Please noted.

STANDARD SHIPPING
1. All items will be shipped out from Taiwan.
2. We usually ship to world by Registered Air-mail (Chunghwa Post or Singapore Post or DHL eCommerce or SEKO) with tracking number. It takes about 10~21 working days to delivery. But for middle and south America countries, it takes about 35-50 days to delivery.
We will ship the package within three working days after the full payment is received.
FASTER SHIPPING
We also provide EMS/TNT/DHL for shipping, it's faster than Air-mail, if you need it, please contact us!!
The Express Mail Service (EMS) with tracking number. The shipping cost will be higher than air-mail and International parcel. It takes about 3-5 working days to delivery. But for middle and south America countries, it takes about 10-15 days to delivery. Delivering via EMS is the best way recommended. It’s quick and safe.
