The Dell Latitude E-Series laptops are aimed for the corporate business users. They are much better laptops than off market laptops which are aimed for students and home users and are available in most stores. Most stores do not carry latitude brand.
E6530 are much newer series laptops and are expensive in the market. They are rare to find in the refurbished category.
