I am a private seller, not a company, if problems arise, I will do all that I can to assist - I always allow pre-purchase inspection on high value items, but that if you click 'buy' or you bid on any of my items, I do expect you to complete the purchase unless there is a very good reason
I would never sell or misdescribe anything intentionally, mistakes do happen (including postage damage) and if they do I will do everything I can to make it right, but I also expect the same from the buyer

If shipped to outside the EU: Import Taxes may be due, these are the buyers responsibility
I set all my auctions to use eBays Global Shipping Programme (GSP) for all International Delivery
If you would rather not use GSP, please do not bid or buy until I have quoted you a delivery cost and changed the listing to reflect it
If batteries are included, this can delay shipping as the items are normally checked by customs more rigorously
Thus on any item which uses disposable batteries, I do not include them.
Please No Time Wasters / Fraudsters - I have been on eBay for nearly 20 years, and I've heard it all before :)
