Topcon Uni UV Topcor 135mm f4  Lens w/ Polarizing Filter 58mm Hoya. Serial # 11022759. Lens has some very light surface cleaning marks, 2 tiny spots of fungus but they are very slight. Focusing is smooth. Aperture blades are crisp. Comes with rear cap as well. Thanks.
