You are buying a repro Brake Shoe Hold Down Kit for the Twin Cam Escort, RS1600 and Mexico fitted with the 9 inch Girling rear brakes. Note this kit contains 8 washers, 2 per spring, ie one on each end of the spring as Ford originally intended, many other kits only have one washer per spring. This kit will also fit many other performance Fords of the 60s and early 70s like Lotus Cortinas GT Capris etc which were fitted with the same brake setup. For reference the pins are 42 mm long and the springs are 14 x 20 mm.
