Rare. Gorgeous boutique designer racerback vest top/mini dress by Illustrated People for Topshop. Sexy distress oversize slouch style. Beautiful romantic rose bouquet tattoo in faded-black on candy pink. Rough cut fray edging along top part. Fabric is medium thick soft cotton with generous stretch throughout. Label states size M for medium. Looks ok for sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 UK, depending how you like it. However please see measurements below. Can be dressed up or down with all kinds of looks.. rock chick, beach babe, boho, vintage... Would look fabulous with leggings and frayed denim. Minor shop wear with 2 tiny holes by the label which isn't noticeable and adds to its distressed look. Apart from a tiny faint pastel beige foundation mark on one side which is hidden by the arm and could possibly be removed, it has only been worn a few times and is in very good condition. Gorgeous boutique designer dress top - not to be missed!
