Panasonic Flip Clock Weather AM/FM Radio

Clock does not turn or flip, also doesn't light up.  PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY!  Powers on, radio and radio light work fine.. unit does buzz.  See photos for condition and best cosmetic description, faux wood has some scuffs.  All buttons complete.
