Figure Canes of Joseph leading Mary on a Donkey--with the pictures made from tiny millefiori canes—are set on a field of Blue/White Star canes.  A single large Star cane is set above the right figure.  A double garland of light Pink and Blue canes completes the design.   The paperweight has one large top facet and five large round side facets.    It is 3-1/16" in diameter and 1-7/8" high.   It is signed with a Whitefriars 1978 cane below the figures.  The Edition size was limited to 1000 pieces.  This is #88 and is so marked on the bottom.  Condition is perfect.
