Lost/Delayed Packages
In the event an item is delayed lost I would like to point out I will not be able to take any action until 15 business days for UK Mail or 21 business days for European Union and Worldwide Locations. Business days being Monday to Friday. The Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this period. When that period is up I would ask our customer to confirm by email that they have not received there item as this will form evidence to the Royal Mail for a lost package. When I receive an email I will issue a refund replacement at the customer request

Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 Working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order.
If you would like to return an item, please send me a message through Ebay or email me and I will respond with the return address.
