Additional Notes - Gruen Ocean Chief, rare vintage diver's wrist watch. After comparing it with other watches photos, many of the Ocean Chief's dials marked

if it is original to the watch. Crown is not screw down, i could simply push and pull. It sets time normal, would not wind, its tight. Watch as in the drawer for years.

Bezel rotates both directions, does not click. Watch does not run, if i shake it, i can feel and hear the rotor 

spinning. Back of the watch is extremely hard to open, with my wimpy arm and cheap tool, it is impossible to open and i am afraid damage the watch.

Watch is only one to buy on eBay, extremely rare and collectible. Selling it as is for repair. Please contact if you have questions.
