Please read carefully before bidding. Am a private seller listing clothes from my own wardrobe so I can buy new ones guilt free!
I aim to offer a 5 star service so do everything I can to get your purchase to you quickly and safely.
I get a certificate of postage for all items. If items are above £30 in value I will send recorder to safeguard the transaction for both of us. If an item does not arrive contact me immediately and I will instigate a claim from Royal Mail.  If the item is fine jewellery or worth more than £50 I always use Special Delivery. 
I use recycled materials whenever possible. (Less waste and keeps costs down.)
I aim to post within 48 hours of receiving payment. If there is an unavoidable delay I will contact you to let you know.
I accept returns but only if there is a mistake in my descriptions. Not if you just have a change of heart or the item doesn't fit. Measurements are provided beforehand.
I do not offer buy it now prices unless stated.
I will only post to certain overseas countries by an international postage method that offers a signature on delivery. Please e-mail beforehand to check if I post to your destination and for cost.
Should a problem arise I will do my best to resolve it quickly and fairly. All I ask is that you contact me immediately. That way I can do my very best to resolve it amicably.
