NEW IN BOX – This is a stunning tiara headpiece and looks far more expensive.  Item has never been out of the box, and this has never been on anyone’s head.  This has a lot of sparkle and shine.  The detail is very nice...even the edge is finished with rhinestones making for a very finished, polished look.  This is perfect for a wedding, communion, or pageant.  You can attach a veil.   It is approximately 1-1/4 inches at the highest peak.  Due to personal hygiene issues, this item is not returnable, nor exchangeable.
