All of Reddoor Fashion Outlet merchandises are purchased directly from manufacturers and wholesalers in order for our company to offer the lowest price. We strive to pick out the best style and quality for our customers. We purchase our merchandises in bulk, and unfortunately some of the clothes are handled more than others sometimes leaving damages and stains. These types of clothes receive special personal touch from our own repair and cleaning shop and discounted even more than our already low prices. I share this information with our customers to gain their trust in our company, and more importantly, because we believe in doing the right thing just because it is the right thing to do.
Note: Some of our item(s) may have minor imperfections that we could have missed, so if you do happen to come across one, just let us know and we will refund 100% of your money.

Q : Are your items Authentic? -> Yes, we do not and will not sell fake items. Ebay does not allow it. Just because some of the tags are cut or marked, it does not mean it's fake. We get our merchandise directly from manufacturers, wholesalers, or designers. Some tags are deliberately cut out to prevent buyers from returning the item to retail stores for a refund.
Q : Can I combine multiple items to save on shipping? -> Yes, you can receive a combine shipping discount. Please view Shipment Policy for further details.
Q : Can the item be return and will I receive moneyback? -> We will gladly accept all returns in its orginal condition. If you are not happy with your item for any reason,

Q : Why are the labels marked or slightly cut? -> Some of the labels have a mark or are cut to prevent buyers from returning the items to retail stores for money.
Q : Why is the auction list size different than the size in the photo? -> We use the same photo for identical items in different sizes. The correct size of the item is
what's listed in the auction and not what's in the photo.
Q : When does REDDOOR leave feedback for buyers? -> Since we serve such a large number of customers, we use an automated feedback system.
This system automatically leaves a positive feedback for all buyers at the time feedback is received.
