Your refurbished machine will come with its original lithium battery that has a limited life that is not guaranteed. To extend the battery life, we RECOMMEND that you purchase a new 6 or 9 cell battery to achieve portable use of more than 1 hour.

RETURN POLICY

30 days return policy. Returned items MUST have all original items returned in the condition they were received. Damaged items will void the warranty. Original shipping usually not refundable unless the item was reported different from the description and / or damaged in the shipping process. The activation of software is not a warranty issue or valid reason to return your laptop. Please call our trained IT consultants for technical support. If you return an item for any other reason, including changing your mind about a purchase, Shipping charges and 20% restocking fee applies.
