Bikes may be partly disassembled for safe transportation when shipped.
Customs & Import Charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer
We will not issue refunds for items returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed by the buyer
Returns:
14 Day returns, If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please get in touch and let us know - we will be happy to resolve this for you.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Any items sent back to GoCycle Shop must be returned in the exact same condition as they were purchased in.
If the items have been used or damaged by the buyer and cannot be resold for full price, the return will be refused.
Return postage costs will be paid by the buyer.
