By completing your purchase you agree to these terms, please read the information below before you Bid or Buy:

PAYMENT:

  We only accept PayPal payments, please make your Payment within 3 Days of purchase. If you have a situation that prevents you from sending your payment in a timely manner, please contact us as soon as possible after sale end and we will be happy to try and work with you.

SHIPMENT:

  We can only ship to the address that is sent with your PayPal payment confirmation,  If you want your purchase shipped to another address, you must contact PayPal to change the shipping address on your account before buying the item or making your payment. You must have a Street Address to receive Shipment - We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  All domestic orders are shipped by UPS and International orders are shipped by US postal service Express mail so that you get the best service and so that all shipments can be tracked. Shipments above $250 in value and all International shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If you have not received your Shipment within 10 days after payment please contact us.

  International Shipments with an order total above $750 and oversize packages may require shipments by UPS, please inquire before purchasing for a quote on shipping cost.

SHIPMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

   All items are Inspected for quality and carefully packed, Once a shipment is handed over to the Shipper they assume all responsibility for safe delivery -  If your shipment arrives obviously damaged you should refuse delivery, if you find hidden damage to the contents you must contact Carrier within 24 hours after receipt of shipment and file a damage claim, contact us as well and include photos and a brief description of the damage so we can assist you, an inspection by the shipping carriers representative may be required, you must save all items and packing material for inspection by carrier until you are notified that the claim is finalized.

Important Notice to Foreign Buyers located outside of the USA Regarding Customs Fees and Import Taxes.

   To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. You, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such costs, not us. We have no control over what you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such costs. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might be liable to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase. On any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We do not under declare values, or mark goods as a "gift".

SALES TAX:

Shipments to New York will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
