Great operating condition with fresh installation of Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
Scratches, pings, etc. on the outside are typical for age and use. Some units have small hairline cracks in the case, none of which impact operation. Internal cosmetics are average with palmrest chips typical of MacBooks. When the screen is not powered and light shines on it at certain angles, there appear to be scratches. These are not visible when the screen is powered. See photos, which are typical of the units for sale and convey important information.
