For shipments to Tennessee addresses, we are required by state law to collect 9.25% sales tax.
The Ultimate Sports Fan wants you to be 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided the merchandise is returned to us in a new, unworn and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached. Returned merchandise with tags removed or any item that has been damaged due to negligence or abuse will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be sent back to us with a copy of the sales receipt and an explanation of why you are returning the item to us. We will also need instructions on what you would like us to do (i.e. Exchange for different size, refund back to your account, etc.)
You will be responsible for the shipping charges involved with sending the merchandise back to us unless we make a mistake in your shipment. In that case we will credit back to you any shipping charges accrued out-of-your pocket. If you are exchanging the item, we will gladly ship the exchange back to you via USPS at no charge. All returns/exchanges will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt.

The Ultimate Sports Fan is a locally owned and operated sports licensing retail store located in the heart of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. The Owners, husband and wife, together have over 25 years experience in the sports licensing retail business and founded the business on the belief that customer service is the top priority along with carring a variety of products to offer the customer. The 4000 square foot store first opened its doors in October 2013 focusing heavily on the local teams including The University of Tennessee, Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators and the Vanderbilt Commodores.
