All boxes and carded items are C8 (condition 8 on a scale of 1-10) unless otherwise stated.
Loose figures come with accessories on the figure...stands and background items are NOT included.
Sales of $250 or more (shipping included) will have to ship signature confirmation (in the US) or via Ebay's Global Shipping program for overseas orders due to Paypal's requirement to show a signature as proof of delivery.

Overseas Shipping:
I use Ebay’s new Global Shipping Program for most overseas packages.
This allows for quicker delivery with tracking throughout the delivery.

If Global Shipping is not available, I will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail only.
I can not ship first class due to lack of tracking information and the high rate of “lost” packages when using First Class mail

I will always combine shipping for items ordered within two days. Please let me know you intend on ordering more items so I won't need to repack the items additional times.
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% state sales tax.
Returns accepted if you contact me within three days. Please note; Return shipping is at Buyers expense.
SHIPPING:
I box figures nightly and will send invoices once the items are packed and ready to go.
US Shipping is for all items.
OVERSEAS Shipping: Due to Ebay changes, items in the "Military/Adventure" category for action figures are no longer eligible to use the Global Shipping program. There is still a requirement to provide tracking so all items in this category will ship via priority mail only.
Items over $250 (shipping included) must be shipped Global Express which makes them cost way too much for my overseas customers (paypal requires an electronic signature for proof of delivery) so high cost items in this category will not ship to overseas locations.
I try to charge the actual shipping only, no hidden handling fees.
I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS IF PURCHASED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF EACH OTHERS.
