G-15 Neutral Gray lenses were developed as a result of a Navy Air Corps requirement for sunglass lens that would not alter colors even slightly. Dark enough for strong glare situations and yet are excellent lenses for general streetwear. They are recommended for driving or any activity in which color perception as well as glare protection is important.
This classic piece is guaranteed authentic and in PRISTINE/NEW Old-Stock condition. Classic real white B&L Wayfarer frame in pristine mint condition free of cracks and absolutely shiny. B&L Wayfarer's are top quality and built like a tank compared to the cheaper modern ones. And these were some of the last to be made in USA by B&L Ray-Ban. From an old store inventory.
