Our items are made to order to set moulded sizes when you pay so we are unable to hold any items for exchange.
We will not exchange any items.
For 14 days after you have received your order you have the right to return (as stated by EU law) as long as they are in their original packing.
Postage for returns is charged to the customer.
There is no return if the items are damaged in transport or by improper handling. Please understand that there is no right to return if you just don't like the items. In case there is a production defect in one of our products despite quality processing the item will be refunded. There is no exchange for items that have been used or worn, and for hygienic articles,items that are worn in the genital area.
