COMBINED SHIPPING: Request a combined invoice. If your Domestic item weighs more than 13 ounces and will fit in a flat rate box, then that is the method we will use and your total shipping costs for all items that will fit in that box WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is $5.19, medium box is $10.69 and large flat rate box is $14.39
YOUR SHIPPING COSTS: Actual Cost of Postage with delivery confirmation.
HANDLING FEES: $0.00 (.19 is charged for delivery confirmation as that is what we pay to the USPS for that service)

The Missing Piece works hard to accurately describe our items, ship timely and communicate with you. If there are problems, if you are disappointed with your purchase or our customer service please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us with any dissatisfaction PRIOR to leaving feedback. If we fix the problem to your satisfaction please do not go ahead and leave a 1 or 2 because of your initial dissatisfaction.
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS): When you are shopping at THE MISSING PIECE and you would like a shipping method that is not available to you at check out simply e-bay message us and we will send you the appropriate invoice as long as your preferred method is legal and available from the United States Post Office.
COMBINING MEDIA AND NON-MEDIA: If you win media and non-media items from us we will combine shipping only if it works to your advantage which is not always the case because you can't mail anything that is not media by media mail. Priority and parcel post are both more expensive than media mail.
