Shipping Methods: We ship all of our items via UPS or USPS.
Shipping Times: Standard shipping is a 3 to 6 business day service. Priority Mail is a 2 to 3 business day service. Express mail is a 1 to 2 business day service. PLEASE NOTE: Express mail does not count the day of purchase as one of the business days.
Purchases of $250 or more will require Signature Confirmation.

All of our Items are brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). All Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. 

We understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur.  Please contact us by using the eBay Messaging System.  Any problems with an item must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please note that all products and packaging must be returned in Pristine condition.  We do not except items bought new and have been used.  Restocking Fee May Apply.
