Returns and Refunds
We are a Pawn Shop. Therefore, 95% of items we sell are used items, therefore No returns or exchanges accepted. However, we do operate a money back guarantee. This applies to a defective item or an item that was shipped incorrectly. Please contact us to arrange a return and refund only if these conditions apply.
This does NOT apply if you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item and don't want it any longer, or any other reason that isn't due to product quality or a seller error.
Feedback
We use an automated eBay feedback response system. If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback and I will automatically leave positive feedback for you. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Thank you!
