All purchases are cleaned prior to shipment (we do NOT pre-wash any clothing unless needed) and are packed to ensure a safe shipment to you – we are recognized for our exemplary packaging! We process and ship within 24 hours (usually the same day) and provide free domestic USPS tracking with all purchases! We offer discounts on shipping when ordering multiple items at the same time from our store, exclusions apply (free shipping). RETURN POLICY:
* You must contact us within Two (2) days of receiving the item. Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of initial contact. Please contact us for the return address BEFORE you return the item.
*Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded
*Merchandise MUST be unopened, in original packaging, with all original packing material and with all original tags/stickers attached as they came.
* Only the amount of the actual item will be refunded – not the original shipping costs. In the event the item included free shipping – we will deduct the actual cost of shipping the item.
* A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all undamaged & non-defective merchandise.
*A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the return and as long as all conditions were met
* Please note that we do take several photos of all orders as they are processed and packaged and readied for shipment for future reference.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
1.) We ship to your eBay or PayPal address. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay. We cannot change address once order is confirmed. We only ship to confirmed addresses. We can combine multiple purchases and discount the shipping.
2.) Items will be shipped within 1 business day after receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends). We process orders seven (7) days a week (excluding holidays). Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. Your package will arrive in a timely manner; however, we have no control over the delivery speed due to postal volume or postal errors – especially during the holiday season and inclement weather. On occasion you may see a longer handling time and that is because we are away from the office, however, we will get orders processed and shipped within the handling time specified.
3.) BEST OFFERS: If the listing offers it – we are always open to giving a discount to our customer. We will consider any reasonable offer. Please keep in mind that we are a business – a family owned and operated business. We take into consideration the cost of goods, fees, shipping costs, packaging costs as well as our charitable contributions. We are not interested in giving away our merchandise and we will not consider offers of 31% or more below the “purchase now” price. Those offers will be declined.
4.) The buyer is expected to pay for the item within 48 hours of the purchase. If not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the order for non-payment.
5.) We do our very best to describe items as accurately as possible. All Sales are final unless otherwise indicated in our listing. If there is any issue - please contact us through EBay messaging. Please give us one business day to respond to all inquiries.
