Notes: Well, I wasn't sure if I could do it but I tamed the beast! In stock form, the MT-2 is a fizz factory (not to be confused with the awesome Fuzz Factory pedal by ZVEX). It suffers from a harsh, "brittle" tone. I modified the circuit to smooth out the distortion - without neutering the high gain this pedal is known for. You'll still have plenty of face melting gain on tap but the tone will be more balanced and focused - with a more useable EQ throughout the entire range. This is a significant improvement over the stock pedal. Additionally, I added a bright orange LED. Professionally installed (by me - www.alchemy-audio.com).  I know what I am doing and my work is clean and correct. I am meticulous in my work. I pay attention to the details - including cleaning / lubricating all jacks and pots, replacing any worn or missing battery straps, grommets and screws and fully testing every function prior to shipment. Still not convinced? I guarantee my work until the end of time! That's right - if you should ever encounter an issue with the craftsmanship on my modifications or repairs, I will repair or replace free of charge! I don't strive to be the cheapest.
