Bicycle Framebuilding Tacking Jig

This jig is designed only to be used to tack the tubes in place.  The jig will hold

tubes at varying angles and lengths, but it should not be used for final alignment.

Once some of the frame joints have been tacked, the frame is removed from

the jig and aligned on a precision table or device.  The jig ensures the geometry

of the frame, and the table ensures the alignment.  After alignment, the frame is

completely brazed without the use of the jig.

Features:

Assembly and set-up in less than 15 minutes.

The builder can choose to assemble the jig with the rear axle to the left or right of the seat tube.

The jig can be easily disassembled and stored away (The jig fits into a 30 inch x 14 inch x 7 inch box).

Head tube angle is adjusted independently from the top tube length for ease of set-up.

The jig can be mounted in a repair stand with included handle.
