Exterior of cup is rich Bright Gold Gilt, as are the handle and rim of plate.
Interior of cup and saucer feature J.A. Bailey's artwork feature a Large Pink Cabbage Rose, A Red Poppy, and various Blue and Purple Flowers.
The gold is in Beautiful Bright Condition! There is the slightest rub on the outside of the cup which is very minor and is shown in the detailed pic. The Cup and Saucer does not appear to have been used, and may have always been displayed.
Cup pings well. This cup set is GORGEOUS!
The footed cups stands 2 1/8 inch in height; 4 inch in diameter.
Saucer is 5 3/4 inch diameter
