All our items come with 3 months warranty. Warranty covers Hardware failures only and does not include faults that have already been mentioned. Software issues such as virus attacks are not covered under the warranty.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure item is returned in the same condition and state it was received. A full refund (excluding postage fee) will be issued withing 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note that Spares/Repairs item do not qualify for returns.

Delivery
All Items are shipped within 24 Hrs of payment using Collect+ Standard 48 hour Delivery. Please note that once dispatched, there is very little we can do with regards to getting your item to you quicker. Tracking codes should be provided automatically to you by e-Bay. We also provide a 24 hour express delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £14.50p. Collections are also welcome, please contact us for more information.
