UK Orders are usually sent within 1-2 working days (unless another dispatch time is stated for a particular product) via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Depending on the value of the order, the order may be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Parcelforce 24. This will depend on the weight and value of the order.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail delivery. This is a standard delivery service which can take 5-7 days for Europe (sometimes longer for further countries) and between 7-14 days for Rest of the World countries. |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a note stating reason for return. Rather than exchanging to other items, due to possible price differences all return items are refunded, then you have the choice to buy the required item. If you are returning a non-faulty item then the cost of returning the item to us is your liability, however you will receive a full refund. If you are returning a faulty item or an incorrect item sent, then we will cover all costs. We can arrange to collect the item from you or you may be asked to return the item and we will cover the postage costs for return. Your refund will be credited to the same PayPal / card with which you made your original purchase.
