PRICING
-- I do not do deals directly through Paypal, as that is a violation of eBay policy. Please do not message me asking me to do so, and please realize that I use buy it now on all my items because I do not prefer to negotiate prices. I simply try to offer the lowest price available and let that price stand for itself. I review my prices frequently to make sure they are highly competitive.

SIZING
-- I’m happy to measure any item I have prior to your purchase. If you are unsure about size, I recommend that you either ask me to do that or try on the same item at a store near you. If an item does not fit and you need to return it, it will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the costs of my shipping, as noted below.

RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE (and how they work together)
-- Please note the 10 percent restocking fee on this listing should you need to return it. I offer free shipping, but if an item needs to be returned for any reason other than a mistake I made in the listing or damage in shipping, you will pay the return shipping and this fee, which is intended to recover my original shipping cost. The goal is that you get a great price if you keep the item. If you don’t, please understand that I am one person running a small business – not a major corporation – so I can’t afford to ship items back and forth on transactions that do not remain completed.
-- All returns must be completed through the no-hassle returns button on the listing. No exceptions. If you buy an item as a guest user and need to return it, this means you’ll need to create an account to make the return.
-- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
-- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. No exceptions.
-- All returns must be received in the same condition they were sent out – that means new, with tags attached, and no signs of having been worn (or lingering heavy cologne or perfume smells). In this case, shoes would have to still have all current stickers attached and extra laces still attached and unopened.

ERRORS
-- As much as I try to avoid them, they do rarely happen. If something goes wrong in shipping, if I’ve sent out the wrong size, whatever the issue ... please contact me and you’ll get a fast response and we’ll get it fixed in a way that makes the entire experience right for you.
