50 year old rock and roll veteran! Still ready for to serve!

1967 Gibson made in USA. Kalamazoo Bass Guitar. Under-rated sleeper in the vintage market.
Short scale. All original parts. Just set up and plays as well as possible, to my taste..
Now, funky basses, Hofner, Harmony, Kay etc, will always have "imperfections", like a buzz here, a hot spot there. It is part of the magic, in my opinion.

This Kalamazoo, was played for a short time in church by an older lady, but it has spent most of it's life in the closet.
Nice light new flatwounds make playing easy, and as for sound, this is a bulldozer. Very close cousin to the Gibson EB-O series. It does that "one thing"...very well.
This pickup is hot. This is a BASS and your bandmates will notice.

Pick guard is original.. A few minor scuffs and a couple chips in the paint. But, this is really about as nice as you will find.
Note, you may prefer a different set up for your playing preferences. There is plenty room at neck for shims, bridge for height etc.
My guitar tech says "adding a string tree" will improve tone and playabilty BUT I cannot bring myself to alter the originality of a 1960s instrument.. YOU may choose to.

Bass will ship in a gig bag.
