Our Listings:  You are bidding on an estate jewelry item, (previously owned).  The piece was looked at / valued in the mounting.  So, stone grading can be off a little, and at times, we can make a mistake.  Also, if we say 'stone' in the auction, that means we really have no idea what it is.  It could be natural, synthetic or glass.  Repairs might have been made to the item that you are bidding on.  If you have a question about the item you are bidding on, please ask.  We will be happy to inspect the item again.

Payment: Paypal only - as that is what Ebay wants.

International Shipping Information: Ok, this is expensive and the ONLY way we are going to ship international.  Why?  Because of Ebay.  If a package gets delayed, you can open up a claim against us, and that could affect our discounts.  SO, we ship express mail only.  We certainly can combine packages at no extra charge.  IF the USPS can't deliver to your country, we will ask Ebay to cancel the auction.  Please visit usps.com to see where Express International is shipped to. 

REFUNDS - Buyer to pay for all shipping.  If auction had free shipping, there will be a $3.00 charge deducted from your auction to pay for original shipping.  For auctions over $300; shipping charges will be $5 deducted (we have to pay for signature confirmation).   Items that have been repaired by us, upon your request, the repair cost will not be refunded.  Other than that, no questions asked.  Ship back in original condition and will get a full refund.  International returns, your shipping is EXPENSIVE; as we do have to ship express.  That money will not be refunded.

WRONG ADDRESS LISTED WITH EBAY - We have had this happen.  We now will charge the customer another shipping fee - minimum of $3.00 if the package is returned to us as "wrong address".  So, if you moved, make sure you check with Paypal to see what your current address is, as that is the address we will ship to ONLY.  We do make a copy of every transaction through Ebay with the "ship to address".
